Stormwater GIS Analyst
Chesterfield County - Chesterfield, VA
Assist the Stormwater Permit Manager with activities relating to the coordination and implementation of the Storm Sewer Infrastructure Management program, part of the county's VSMP permit.  Utilize GIS and other software tools to create, maintain, update, analyze and manipulate the stormwater map layers are comprised of GIS data that includes, but is not limited to:  impervious cover, stormwater infrastructure, stormwater drainage areas, county Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) service layer, etc.  Coordinate with the Treasurer's Office to collect and transfer parcel and pertinent GIS data as related to stormwater utility fees.  Performs spatial analysis and database queries on parcel stormwater utility fees for county residents/businesses.  Perform complex analysis of attribute data in various GIS data layers for reports, maps, and in response to special requests.  Assist in the development of technical reporting in compliance with the county's stormwater management permit.  Other duties as assigned.
